Silver and Amber Bracelet by N.E. From*
Item Description
Bracelet dating from the late 1940’s to early 50’s by the highly regarded Danish jeweller and silversmith Niels Erik From (1908-1982).
Comprising seven matching linked components, each detailed with flowers, leaves and little silver balls, and deeply set in the centre of each one with circular dark amber cabochons.
Very well made and somewhat reminiscent in style to the work of Bernard Instone.
Lovely attention to detail which even extends to the flower on the front of the clasp.
The bracelet is marked Sterling, Denmark, N E From and 925S and has a length of 19.5 cm.
