Murrle Bennett Peacock Eye Pendant
Item Description
Art Nouveau slender shaped pendant from Murrle Bennet & Co, enamelled in the centre with a teardrop shape in peacock eye shades.
Ornately shaped at top and bottom with a somewhat entrelac type Celtic design detail.
A pear-shaped drop, enamelled in similar colours is suspended below.
Marked on the back with the MB & Co maker's mark and the silver content.
The pendant measures around 5.5 cm including the bale and drop and the silver chain is approximately 47 cm long.
