Arts & Crafts Enamelled Galleon Necklace
English Arts & Crafts silver necklace with an enamelled picture of a galleon under sail on the high seas.
The designer and maker are unknown but this is clearly a high quality piece and quite beautiful.
The enamelled plaque is framed by a rope pattern of silver wire, further detailed with a shaped feature on each side, and suspended beneath is a splendidly mis-shapen baroque pearl.
The pendant is around 5.5 cm long and the necklace chain has a total length of 64 cm.
