Skønvirke Brooch by Bernhard Hertz
Very pretty Danish Art Nouveau, or Skønvirke, silver brooch from Bernhard Hertz dating from the early 1900’s.
With a stylised design of leaves topped by a winged insect, and displaying a central oval moonstone. Another slightly smaller moonstone in a pretty silver mount is suspended beneath on two short chains.
Marks for silver and Bernard Hertz on the back.
This brooch is in excellent condition and measures approximately 5.5 cm wide and 8 cm long.
