Art Nouveau Hair Comb*
Item Description
Fan shaped silver plated hair comb from the Art Nouveau era in the form of a flight of birds, possibly storks, converging on to a centrally placed oval green glass cabochon.
Further smaller similarly coloured stones encircle the birds at their wingtips.
The three-pronged, probably cellulose, comb is hinged on the back and folds through 180 degrees.
A true collectors piece and so very Art Nouveau.
