Arts & Crafts Silver and Green Enamel Pendant*
English Arts & Crafts silver pendant with its teardrop shaped centrepiece enamelled in a striking shade of green, accentuated by foil backing.
Side by side, immediately below the mother-of-pearl fronted bale, are two stylised flowers and below these a wirework scroll detail suspends what appear to be bunches of tiny grapes on both sides.
At the foot hangs a Mississippi baroque pearl.
An unusual and eyecatching design dating from around 1900.
Just over 5.5 cm long from the bale to the bottom of the drop. The necklace chain measures 42.5 cm.
