French Art Nouveau 18 ct. gold and platinum ring with a heart-shaped plique-à-jour enamel detail, set with two old-cut diamonds.
A sweeping, typically Art Nouveau design, with little diamond chips set into the whiplash feature which crosses the grey-green enamel and also the leaves of the flower which features the larger of the two diamonds.
