Art Deco Platinum Brooch with Diamonds and Sapphires
Item Description
Super English Art Deco bar brooch made of platinum, inset with diamonds and sapphires.
Hand crafted in the 1920’s to a geometric design that is so typical of the Art Deco era, with old-cut diamonds and calibrated sapphires for contrast and additional detail.
The condition is very good and the unusual safety clasp is original. Approximately 5.5 cm wide.
Supplied in its old box marked Gieves Ltd., Old Bond Street, London W1, unless a new box is preferred.
