Victorian Gold and Amethyst Necklace
Necklace in 9 ct. gold with four claw-set circular amethysts evenly spaced on each side along the chain with a central feature fashioned in gold wirework into a heart shape.
Inside the centre of the heart is a further amethyst with another, oval in outline, at the drop below.
Victorian, dating from circa 1880, and supplied in the later retailer's fitted velvet lined box impressed with the name J.A. Haskell of Ipswich.
The necklace is fitted with a barell type clasp and measures 41 cm overall in length.
