Rock Crystal Pendant from Fahrner
Teardrop shaped faceted rock crystal pendant from Theodor Fahrner, suspended from a finely crafted silver top section detailed with black enamel and marcasites.
This in turn hangs on a single link from the dedicated bale which is set with a little black onyx cabochon surrounded by marcasites.
Lovely attention to detail with even the back of the tapering enamelled component featuring a spray of silver leaves.
The pendant, which dates from circa 1930’s, measures just a fraction below 8 cm in length, including the bale which is impressed with the TF mark on the back.
The necklace chain is 62 cm long.
