Platinum and Gold Suffragette Pendant
Elegant pendant necklace crafted in both platinum and gold and set with peridots, pearls and amethysts, the colours of which (green – G, white – W and violet – V) signify the words ‘Give Women Votes’.
In several linked sections which allow for movement when wearing, the horizontal top component suspends two long drops of slightly different lengths, each divided half-way along by a tiny seed pearl in a diamond shaped setting.
At the foot of one is a peridot and an amethyst is set in the slightly shorter one.
The forward facing metal is all platinum with that on the back being in gold.
Measuring 4.75 cm long to the bottom of the longer drop. There is a little gold button on the clasp of the platinum chain which has a length of 44 cm.
Marked with an A on one of the drops but we’ve been unable to relate this to a particular maker.
