Silver Pendant with Garnets attr. to Alice Scott*
Arts & Crafts silver pendant in the form of finely detailed vine leaves and little bunches of grapes.
Triangular in outline and with additional wirework forming little coiled tendrils.
Set with a garnet cabochon in the centre and another at the drop below.
The pendant is suspended on two short lengths of chain from an elongated ring attaching the necklace chain.
No maker’s mark apparent but very much in the manner of Alice Scott to whom it is attributed.
Circa 1910 and with a length of just a touch over 7 cm from the bale to the drop. The necklace chain measures approximately 49 cm.
