With pleasing contours and a lightly hand-hammered finish both inside and out, the bowl is raised off a circular foot which also shows a hammered detail.
The three elegant upward sweeping handles are spaced at equal distances around the bowl and divide at each end, culminating in an Art Nouveau influenced design detail at the points of attachment.
Diameter of the bowl at the rim is 29 cm and the overall height is approximately 21.5 cm.
In excellent condition and showing a crisp hallmark with the maker’s mark initials of the brothers Herbert Edward Barker and Frank Ernest Barker, contained within a shield.
