Silver brooch from Myrrle Bennett housing a bezel-set yellow and green matrix emerald.
A stylish brooch from this Anglo-German collaboration dating from the Art Nouveau era, around 1900.
As usual with this maker, the pin attachment is in gold.
With the MB & Co mark on the reverse together with the 950 silver mark. The width is a touch under 5 cm.
