Murrle Bennett Hammered Silver Brooch
Item Description
Hammered silver brooch with a classically shaped outline and an upright oval opal set in a gold mount in the centre.
Studded detail follows the contours of the brooch all round, just inside the edge, and an open entrelac feature completes the design at the shoulders.
Marked on the back with a partially rubbed MB maker’s mark and fitted with the original gold pin.
A touch under 3 cm wide.
