Arts & Crafts Silver, Enamel and Mother-of-Pearl Pendant
Item Description
Silver pendant with a shaped outline, a little detail of leaves at the top and bottom and a large mother-of-pearl centre.
Enamelled in shades of blue, green, yellow and reddish brown to give a typically naturalistic look.
The pendant hangs on two short chains from a central suspender ring.
Marked sterling silver on the reverse and dating from around 1905-10.
A fraction under 4 cm in length, and around 5 cm including the suspender ring. The chain, which has a barrel type fastener, is 41 cm long.
