Pendant in 15 ct gold made by Murrle Bennett circa 1900.
Upright and open in style, set with a central turquoise matrix cabochon with a little seed pearl on each side and one below.
Immediately above the stone is a stylised heart-shaped leaf detail and at the foot hangs a baroque pearl drop.
Marked on the reverse with the MBCo maker’s mark and 15 ct.
The pendant measures 5.25 cm long including the bale and drop, with the 9 ct. gold necklace chain having an approximate length of 44 cm.
