Limoges Enamelled Brooch

Circular gold metal brooch from Limoges with the beautifully enamelled profile of a young lady wearing a blue and gold dress and cap, shown against a rich red background.
Superb detail and the enamelling stands out very well inside its three dimensional double frame with little spokes connecting the outer rim.
Signed verso by the artist Issanchou and also marked Limoges. The diameter is approximately 3 cm.
