Liberty Silver, Enamel and Turquoise Pendant*
Item Description
Arts & Crafts silver pendant with an openwork leafy design, set with an oval turquoise matrix at bottom centre.
Ovoid in outline, the edge showing a fine rope pattern overlaid with the tips of the buds and leaves that spread on bending stems from the setting for the turquoise stone.
Unmarked but a known Liberty design dating from the early 1900’s.
A little over 3.5 cm in length from the top of the bale. The necklace chain, which has a barrel type clasp, is just over 40 cm long.
