Heavy Brass Planter*
Well made, heavy and richly detailed planter made of solid brass.
The receptacle for the plant pot is a stylised open flower on a short stem, sitting above a rosette of oval leaves. Strong veining is etched into the brass on all the leaves and the flower petals show similar and realistic detail.
A fine old square nut concealed on the underside secures everything together.
Height is approximately 23 cm and the diameter of the opening at the top is around 13 cm. Dating from the late 1800’s.
