Splendid copper and wrought iron fire screen sporting a stylised long-stemmed flower in the centre of a shield shaped copper panel.
The black frame is cleverly shaped, dividing at the base to follow the contours of the shield and curving at the top to form the twin handles.
Dating from circa 1905 and in good condition with just a little expected paint loss here and there to the frame.
The height is approximately 76 cm and the maximum width at foot level is around 44 cm. This tapers down to a width of 33 cm at the top of the frame. Depth of the feet is 24-25 cm.
