Georg Jensen Leaping Lamb Brooch
Delightful silver brooch designed by Arno Malinowski for Georg Jensen of a lamb jumping up on its hind legs.
Beautifully crafted as with all things Jensen, the matt finish of the silver depicting the softness of the lamb’s coat so well.
A sprig of ivy leaves arches up and almost over the young animal and the completed look is very pleasing.
Marked on the reverse with the maker’s mark, Sterling Denmark and the model number 311.
The brooch is approximately 5 cm wide and dates from circa 1940’s.
