Georg Jensen Brooch ‘Moonlight’*
Item Description
Quite beautiful sterling silver brooch designed by Georg Jensen in 1914 but actually made somewhat later.
Approximately circular in outline with a swirling openwork design of stems, leaves and berries, set with seven well coloured moonstones.
Fully marked on the back and showing the model number 159, the dotted oval surrounding the maker’s name denoting it being post 1945.
The diameter is a little under 5 cm.
