French Wrought Iron Table Lamp
Wrought iron table lamp from France with a ginko inspired leafy design on all four sides of the square framed base.
Four cross-ribbed uprights rise from the base, curving outwards and then inwards again, decorated with little scrolls to the lower half.
The moulded ‘obus’ shade sits neatly on the supports and displays a pattern of stylized flowers and butterflies.
Made around 1920 and with a height of just below 40 cm.
These old French lamps all originally had 2-core cable but we have had this professionally rewired to meet current safety standards.
