Art Nouveau Brooch
Beautiful Art Nouveau brooch in 14 ct gold in the form of sinuously curving strappy leaves framing quite the largest and most stunning freshwater pearl we have seen in a long time.
The leaves are enamelled in shades of green, red and gold with three smaller freshwater pearls placed apart and towards the edge, adding the finishing touch to an elegantly flowing design.
Probably American, marked 14K but with no maker’s mark that we can find.
The brooch measures 2.5 cm in width.
