Enamelled Arts & Crafts Necklace with Garnets*
Beautifully made silver Arts & Crafts pendant necklace with enamelling detail complementing the garnets that are set above and below the main central element.
A large blister pearl is set inside an enamelled oval frame with an almost square garnet above and three matching pearl and garnet drops below.
An elegant design with the symmetrical chainwork enhancing the overall look.
There is no maker’s mark, as so often the case with these old Arts & Crafts pieces, but the silver chain, measuring 57 cm in length, is marked 925.
The pendant measures approximately 8 cm long from the top of the unusual split bale to the end of the central drop.
