Child & Child Heart Shaped Wings Brooch*
Delightful little Arts & Crafts enamelled brooch from Child & Child.
Fashioned in silver into a pair of overlapping wings forming a heart shape and enamelled over the entire surface in graduated shades of blue.
The brooch has a contoured surface and shows very fine detail on the feathering with just a fine silver outline visible.
Counter enamelled on the back, making the usual Child & Child mark a little difficult to see, but it is there as can be seen in our final photo..
The company made their much sought after jewellery in London between 1891 and 1915.
A little over 1.5 cm in height.
