Bracelet and Ring attr. to Bernard Instone*
Item Description
Unmarked but without doubt by Bernard Instone, this is a matching set comprising a bracelet and a ring.
Primarily of silver but with little flowers in gold, and set with moonstone cabochons.
The bracelet is made up of six silver plaques, rectangular in shape with rounded corners and a finely hammered finish. At each corner is a gold flower and in each centre a moonstone.
Each plaque is linked to the next by a wirework silver spacer in a somewhat Celtic knot style.
The ring features a matching plaque with the addition of an an extra little gold flower on each shoulder of the shank.
Length of the bracelet is approximately 18.5 cm and the ring is a UK size K.
