Art Nouveau Silver Tazza by Horace Woodward & Co Ltd
Item Description
Good sized three-handled silver bowl or tazza made by Horace Woodward & Co Ltd who had workshops in both Birmingham and London between 1893 and 1916.
With delighfully elegant lines, the three handles sweeping outwards and up from a circular tapering base, rising above the bowl before curving downwards and dividing into two at the point where they join the rim.
Showing a London hallmark for the year 1908, and with a height to the top of the handles of 21 cm. The internal diameter of the bowl at the rim is 20 cm.
