Art Nouveau Pendant from Gourdel Vales
Item Description
Silver and enamel Art Nouveau pendant from Gourdel Vales & Co., London based silversmiths whose workshop was in Great Marlborough Street.
Hallmarked for the year 1909, this pretty pendant is enamelled in shades of pink, white and yellow, a little different to the more usually seen blues and greens.
An elegant design, completed with an elongated pearl drop on an extended chain.
Length including the bale and pearl drop is approximately 5.5 cm and the chain, which has a barrel clasp, is 45 cm long.
