Art Nouveau Gold and Peridot Pendant*
Item Description
English Art Nouveau pendant with a pleasingly shaped outline, crafted in 9 ct. gold.
Openwork in design and gently convex, the face is beautifully enamelled in white which is further detailed with tiny black dots.
Three faceted peridots are set in the open areas, with a little seed pearl immediately above the central stone.
The pendant hangs on two short lengths of chain from a peridot set suspender and at the foot is a baroque pearl drop.
An elegantly timeless design dating from the very early 1900’s and measuring just over 5 cms. long including the suspender and the drop.
The necklace chain is approximately 45 cms. in length.
