Art Nouveau Enamelled Pendant with Amethyst Cabochon
Elegant and finely worked Art Nouveau silver pendant with an unusual amethyst cabochon set in the centre.
Openwork in style and of a stylised cross shape, with lance-shaped green and yellow enamelled leaves framing the stone and highlighted with little golden yellow balls close to the four points of cross.
Further enamelled in a pastel shade of blue at top and bottom, and on the pointed drop.
No marks apparent but very well made and in excellent condition.
Approximately 5 cm long including the bale. The chain, which has a barrel type clasp, measures around 39 cm.
