Silver Pendant with Peacock Eye Centre
Charming silver shield-shaped pendant with a design of leaves and two silver balls framing an oval foil-backed glass peacock eye feature in the centre.
Completed with a little pearl drop, the pendant is suspended on two short chains from a ring which connects to the necklace chain.
Probably German and dating from the late 1890’s.
Marked on the back for 800 silver, and measuring around 4.5 cm long from the ring to the drop. The necklace chain has a length of approximately 46 cm.
