Ring with Heart-Shaped Saphirets*
Unusual and very decorative ring featuring a floral design comprising five heart-shaped sapihiret cabochons enclosing a little central turquoise and with faceted clear paste stones between each one.
The shank of the ring is is silver gilt and the underside of the ring has also been gilded.
