Pair of Copper and Enamel Caskets*
A pair of very attractive boxes, matching in style but not size. Both are crafted from copper, one being square and the other rectangular.
Each has riveted legs and feet to the corners and an enamel cabochon to the top, overlaid with an ‘H’ monogram.
The lids are hinged and the interior is of hardwood.
The larger box measures 19 X 12.25 cm and the smaller is 12 cm square. Both are approximately 6 cm high, unmarked and in very good condition.
