Nouveau Orchid Lady
Item Description
Art Nouveau patinated pewter statuette of a graceful young lady wearing a long, flowing dress and leaning ever-so-slightly forward to admire the orchid flower she’s holding in her right hand.
This nicely detailed and very elegant figure is lead filled so is quite heavy for its size.
The overall height is 27 cm and the condition is very good. Dating around 1900 or a little earlier and aptly titled in French “L’Orchidée”.
