Murrle Bennett Gold and Opal Bracelet*
Art Nouveau high carat gold bracelet set with opals, made by Murrle Bennett & Co in the early 1900’s.
With a series of five rigid sections fashioned with an openwork design of heart-shaped leaves, each section being attached by a couple of links to an oval opal stone.
The bracelet is secured with a bolt ring and also is also fitted with a safety chain.
Marked with the MBCo maker’s mark together with a somewhat indistinct 15 or possibly 18 ct gold content mark.
