‘Lueur’ by Le Verrier*
Item Description
Iconic Art Deco sculpture from Max Le Verrier titled “Lueur” of a nude, athletic young lady standing on tiptoe and holding in front of her a large ball.
Her back is arched and her head thrown back, giving this stunning pose its elegance and grace.
Dating from circa 1930 and made from the superior Le Verrier art metal, still showing its excellent original patina.
Mounted on a circular portoro marble base and signed by the artist on the socle, the height is approximately 33 cm.
