Large Wing Pearl Caged in Gold
Item Description
Pendant necklace in 15 ct. gold featuring a very fine and large wing pearl caged in gold wire.
Suspended beneath is a baroque pearl, forming the drop and completing what is a very individual piece of jewellery.
Made by Murrle Bennett & Co in the very early 1900’s and probably retailed by Liberty of London.
Marked on the bale and measuring 5.5 cm in length including the bale and the drop.
The necklace chain, which has a barrel type clasp, is approximately 42 cm long.
