Jugendstil Silver and Amethyst Pendant*
Crisp little 935 silver Jugendstil pendant necklace from Pforzheim set with an oval faceted amethyst at top centre.
A very neat, geometric design with two polished silver wings together forming a V either side of the stone, and a diamond shaped openwork lower section.
Finished with a circular amethyst drop.
Marked on the back with a maker’s mark that we haven’t been able to positively identify (Müller, Moritz possibly) and also on the front with what appears to be a Dutch import mark.
The pendant and drop measure 3.5 cm long and the necklace, when opened out, has a total length of 44 cm.
