John Atkins & Sons Butterfly Brooch
Splendid enamelled silver brooch in the form of a butterfly made by John Atkins & Sons, dating from the early 1900’s.
Vibrantly coloured, primarily in cobalt blue, with a contrasting green centre and black wingtips, also with a white detail to the feathering and two little red dots on the tail.
In lovely condition and a good size at 6.5cm wide.
Marked on the back ‘sterling silver’ and also showing the usual JA&S diamond shaped mark of John Atkins & Sons.
