Horner Dragonfly Pendant*
Item Description
Charles Horner silver and enamel pendant necklace in the form of a dragonfly with outspread wings, alighting on a decorative silver ring.
Its wings are enamelled in a shade of mid blue with little dark blue highlights towards the wing-tips, matching the deep blue on the topmost section of the insect’s body.
The pendant hangs from an enamelled circular suspender and is completed with a little tear-drop shaped drop.
Marked on the reverse with the CH maker’s mark and also showing a Chester hallmark for the year 1911.
6 cm long from the suspender to the bottom of the drop, with the fine necklace chain measuring around 46 cm.
