Gold and Sapphire Pendant*
15 ct. gold pendant dating from around 1910.
Fashioned in an openwork style in two linked sections, each set with a rectangular faceted sapphire.
The top part, immediately below the bale, has a sapphire stone at its apex, with an elongated section gradually widening to meet the lower and more ornate main pendant with its central enclosed sapphire drop.
A very elegant design, with the pendant and its bale measuring 4.75 cm. The 9 ct. gold chain is 44 cm long.
