Impressive German Jugendstil silver gilt and enamel locket with a three-quarter length image of a young lady shielding the sun from her eyes as she carries a bouquet of flowers.
A classically elegant design and shape with the portrait beautifully framed by the sweeping lines of the gilded silver outline.
The locket opens and closes by swivelling side to side on a little concealed peg at the very top.
