George Hunt Moonstone & Chalcedony Pendant*
Item Description
Distinctively designed silver pendant from the English Arts & Crafts jeweller George Edward Hunt (1892-1960).
Known for his enamel work, Hunt also made jewellery in silver and gold wirework incorporating various semi-precious stones.
This pendant shows a wirework detail sandwiched between a circular moonstone above and a green chalcedony stone below.
Marked GH on the back and with a length of 4.5 cm including the bale.
The silver necklace chain measures 50 cm.
