French Art Nouveau Horn Pendant
French Art Nouveau carved horn pendant in the form of a butterfly with its wings outspread
Set in the centre is a fine lapis like oval cabochon with another more elongated one suspended below.
Four beads of a similar colour are placed at intervals along the knotted necklace cord divided by a pair of beads that are a somewhat similar colour to the horn itself.
Signed verso with a signature that is difficult to decipher but looks to read ‘Lise’.
10 cm wide by approximtely 7 cm long including the drop, with the necklace cord measuring around 88 cm.
