French Art Deco Wrought-Iron Table Lamp
Item Description
Unusual wrought-iron table lamp, unsigned but very much in the manner of Edgar Brandt.
Made around 1920 in France, with the metal fashioned into a very individual openwork design and shape.
The pate de verre tulip style glass shade is signed Noverdy France for Jean Noverdy, Dijon.
A stylish design and a useful, compact size at around 27 cm high.
We have had this lamp professionally rewired with three-core cable and it has also been fitted with an in-line on/off switch.
