Silver & Moonstone Pendant attr. to Artificer’s Guild
Item Description
English Arts & Crafts silver pendant of openwork form, detailed with stems, leaves and tiny flowers overlaying an approximately shield-shaped border, and set with five moonstones and a sixth in the drop below.
No marks but almost certainly from the workshops of the Artificer’s Guild as the superbly detailed craftsmanship bears close scrutiny with other items from that source.
With a length of 6.75 cms., including the bale, the chain measuring 46 cms. long.
