Arts & Crafts Silver and Amethyst Pendant*
Finely crafted silver pendant from the Arts & Crafts era and very much in that style, with a teardrop shaped outline detailed with leaves and berries all around the lower half.
A finely beaded border frames the setting for a good size faceted amethyst in the centre which follows the same teardrop shape.
The pendant retains its original foliate inspired dedicated silver bale and the overall look is very nicely completed with a typically Arts & Crafts silver chain complete with a toggle type fastener.
Just a fraction over 6 cms. long including the bale, with the necklace chain measuring 47 cms.
