Silver and Moonstone Pendant*
Item Description
Attractively designed and well proportioned Arts & Crafts silver pendant crafted in the form of an upright oval garland of oak like leaves, set with six little circular moonstone cabochons at intervals all around.
Suspended in the centre is a larger, oval moonstone, with another set in the drop below.
The original dedicated bale also features a fine moonstone, all of them displaying that attractive blue-grey schiller that good examples of this gemstone are noted for.
No marks but almost certainly English and probably early 1900’s.
The pendant is 6.5 cm in length, including the bale and the drop, with the necklace chain measuring 46 cm.
